This year, don’t plan too much that it stops you from starting; don’t think too much that it stops you from doing; don’t worry too much that it stops you from believing.
One simple step to not plan, think, and worry too much: Have dynamic goals.
Set your eyes onto something It doesn’t matter what that “something” is. Practice it for at least 6 months. (I say ‘6 months’ because of this.)
If you don’t succeed or make even little progress, change.
At the end of 6 months, though, I’m sure you will have made progress, not because you stuck to it for 6 months, but because you got started.
