Managing time alone does not result in great work or happiness. When you manage time, you also need to manage your energy and attention.
“Time management” is a self-limiting domain. Even if you manage your time well, it doesn’t guarantee fulfillment (or “success”).
Focus on managing your energy and do the highest-leverage work when you have high-quality, high-quantity of energy.
Focus on managing your attention, because distractions take away from great work.
Manage these three, and that’s all there is to it.
